Question Forearms

Hi all,
I first posted this question in women's training but received no responses, so I thought I'd try here.
I have a question about the skin on the underneath side of forearms. I know that there are flexors and extensors in the forearms, so i guess it's the flexors that I need to work on? any exercises you guys know of? My problem is when I cross my arms there is a little extra skin that I can see on the bottom. Even at my lowest weight, even in high school weighing 100 lbs., I've always had this. Are there any exercises I can do to correct this? Any suggestions?

Hammer Curls and maybe some overhand e-z bar curls. That should get your forearms bigger. That's what you're looking for, right?

You don't happen to have any pics of this, do you? Yeah, it's strange...
