Wrist roller work, sometimes it's called wrist rolling. Best done with roller supported in a rack, to overcome limitation of shoulder fatigue, plus one can handle decent poundages that way. Just make sure to roll both ways to develop both flexors and extensors. Extensors won't be able to handle nearly as much weight as flexors will though. Add BB finger rolls ( heavy ), and you can build massive and powerful forearms in no time.

    Preparation

Sit and grasp bar with narrow to shoulder width underhand grip. Rest forearms on thighs with wrists just beyond knees.

    Execution

Allow the barbell to roll out of the palms down to the fingers. Grip barbell back up and flex wrists. Lower and repeat.
