Critique my cutting diet
6'0" 170 lbs
7 am: 20 min run
730 am: 1 slice whole wheat bread with peanut butter, whole egg, small serving chicken
11 am: whey protein shake, lima beans
3 pm: whole egg
630 pm: 1 slice whole wheat bread, whole egg, 1 serving chicken
730: WhiteFlood, GreenMag, PurpleWraath
830 - 10: Train
10 - 1030pm: 30 min swim
10 30 pm: Whey shake
11 pm: small serving cottage cheese
Suggestions? Too much fat? Also I can only work out at night, so I have a dilemma with PWO carbs.
