Three questions that all need lots of answers! PLEASE POST!
I'm currently needing help with 3 things. First and formost. I'm considering to take Creatine (mono) the powder stuff. I was wondering if it actually helps lose weight because maybe sites say it does but then many others say it doesn't. Giving me links, sites, personal experience, anything will be helpful!
Secondly I am trying to lose weight. I'm 5'5" and I weight 147 lbs. I'm a fat little kid. I'm 15 and looking for anyway other then dieting( not possible at the moment ) to lose weight. I can portion control, excersice, anything!. Once again sites, links, personal experince will all be appreciated!
Thirdly I am trying to get faster for football! I know In order to do so I need to lose weight so post on the 2nd topic please! But once I do lose weight I want to know what to do. Any leg excersice, any videos of drills or tips from any site, personal experience.
Anything you know of any of the 3 topics will be greatly appreciated!

i wouldnt take creatine at your age its worthless, to lose weight u need to eat clean and do 30+ min of cardio, and to get faster in football you need to workout your legs and running drills

-you might not respond to creatine mono, i personally dont take it

-try a 4 day split, i would normally recommend mark rippetoes starting strength but you dont seem to want to be a bodybuilder

-you dont need to lose weight to be fast, do some sprints, HIIT, plyometrics, etc...

Why is dieting not possible? Are you too lazy to not stuff your face with cheese cake or something?

Dieting isn't possible because my parents are into the whole 'eating healthy' part of life.. So it's not my fault that I don't live on my own and I have no choice of what my parents buy to eat. That's why I sayed PORTION CONTROL is my only option.

Well that should be good if they want you to eat healthy, you should have no problem if they feed you healthy things.

Then get a job and buy your own food. I've had to start doing that. Check with your local YMCA.....I know for a fact they hire as young as 15 for lifeguards....so you'll have to wait a year.

Your weight is absolutely fine, man. I'd suggest taking whey protein, and working on toning those muscles by lifting. Cardio can help, too.
