I want to know what excersices will increase my speed!
I need help finding excerised to increase my acceleration speed, long range speed, and just over-all ability to hit the hole hard( football ). If anyone has any sites, routines for my legs, or anything that will help please post !!

Squats/deadlifts make your legs strong and olympic lifts make you 'quick/explosive'. Get your numbers up for both of those and you will be a beast.

squats and plyometrics and you'll be powerful and quick. Combine that with gaining weight. By the time your a senior you'll be a monster. best of luck

I know it says it's a basketball program. But you might want to try The Fortis Jump Program. Or at least look at it for some ideas.

double bodywieght squats are doing wonders for my speed.
also plyometics, and olympics lifts are good as the others have said

Olympic lifting has done wonders for my acceleration.

heavy squatting and running sprints is the quickest path imo
