I want to lose weight and lot's of it!! Need help
I am 15 and I'm only 5'5 and I weigh 150 pounds! I'm ****ing fat. Someone please give me some tips on getting fit and losing weight. Any websites, Infomation on this thread, anything will be beneficial. Any smartass remarks to this will be frowned upon but I'm sure I'll get plenty of them! Anyone wants to IM me or anything it will be fine! I need help! I've gotten several suggestions on this topic but nothing of use yet. Also take into considertation dieting is not an option but I can portion control!
