Calorie-Packed Drinks or Shakes
Hi guys,
I'm trying to gain weight, and I find it easiest to fill up afterwards on drinks as opposed to food.
Do you have tips for easy-to-make, calorie-packed, drinks or shakes? I don't want anything expensive or time consuming. It should be quick, painless, healthy, and affordable.
I'm thinking of things like throwing a banana in a blender with ice cream, milk, and lots of whey protein powder.
Any tips?

A litre shake from MacDonalds? Woah. That sounds like it would work.
How much does that cost?

Very cheap. But he didn't list the grams of fat, so I'd think twice.
It's worth it to invest in a weight gainer or just eat a sh*t load of food.
