    How many sets do y'all do (no poll)

    I do about 15 for large muscle groups (back, chest)
    and 9 for small (bicep, tricep)

    How many times do you do a workout per week as well?

    Mine: Tues: Chest/Tricep Thurs: Bicep/Back Sat: Shoulders

    (no legs due to recent surgery)

    I do 22 sets per group trying to up the # of sets for larger groups though. I used to do less but at the end of workouts I felt like I could do the workout all over again so I raised the # of sets and exercises until I was beat at the end of my lift. I still try and only lift for an hour to an hour an a half on a long day.

    i do 4 sets usually 10 reps light weight, then 8 and add weight, then 5 then 3 adding weight every time. 7 days a week some times 6. 4 day rotation.
    chest and tries
    bies and back
    shoulders and traps
    lower body

    keep in mind "set" doesnt mean just WORKING sets.

    good. ive gotten good gains off it, but ive always been into HIGH volume routines.

    i spend a good 1:30-2HRs in the gym because of my splits.

    eat enough food with the high volume routine and youll see good gains.
