    Fitness classes i can take...

    well new year of college has started, so mean less time for me too run... but theres different classes at college i can take after college time. and i wondered if there worth going too. Theres boxercies, fitball, circut training and a very nice new gym that i can use as well. Which one is really best to go to, i would like to try all out but i also need to constrate on college work.

    Being American, I am unfamiliar with boxercies (though I assume it's boxing) and fitball (no idea here).

    I would recommend using the gym for overall body change. Boxing style exercise will help a lot with conditioning. Circuit training is similar, so if you want to get your cardio and weights in one shot, that would be your best option.

    Need Fitness Classes in the Los Angeles Area?

    My girlfriend takes classes at My Health Studio in Westlake Village. They offer Fitness, Yoga, Cardio and Strength-Training Classes.

    i'm not sure, but everyone including me attends gym to have a good look on ourselves. i would recomment gym but i think you should ask a professional maybe.
