Well, i am going o start keto this monday, and was wondering for how much fat to aim for and how much protein.
Weight is 80kg
Height is 179cm
BF% is 24%
I wake up at 7.30am
I go to sleep at 11pm
What diet plan should i go for. Should i be counting my calories on keto? also in the 36hour window of carbing up should i eat whateva i like or should i have a limit.
Hmmmm.... something isn't adding up here. You are 5'10', 176lbs and 24% bodyfat? Are sure you are 24%, it doesn't seem you can be that high at your weight and height.
I measured myself on an electronic machine that measures my weight and height ACCURATLEY. I measure my bf% with accufitness body caliper and it reads im between 23.5 to 24.5%
So where can i get from this? I want to learn more about keto because i want to start on monday because im sick of being a fat ass. I workout out with weights 4 x a week and am going to be doing LISS cardio for about 5 times a week at 1 hr a session.

2000cals a day.
1g or protein of lean mass without your bodyfat.
less than 40g of carbs a day.
30minutes of slow cardio will do per day, nothing more will be needed especially on a 2000cal diet.
