"Super Dead Lift Bar"
Has anyone tried this bar for dead lifts? If so, how did it work for you compared to a regular straight bar?

we have one at my gym. its good for shrugs (putting it on two benches and standing between the benches) but not the best for deads IMO, the handles are in a neutral position and the arent fixed, they spin making anything over a certain weight imposible to grip without straps. like i said before thoguh, it is good for shrugs...

I love using it for a trap bar...It def is easy going super ehavy on them for traps opposed to a regular Barbell. I also think it hits the traps a lot harder than with a barbell.
