People go in jail and see gains like no other. But they arent taking all of these supplements and drinking these pre workout rushes or crap. So whats up wit that?They dont have the resources we have but they are still seeing incredible gains.

I think you watch too many movies son. Jails are full of average sized folk and there are more fat/skinny than there are 'well built' convicts.

#1 - Most jacked inmates as serving life sentences and really have just spent their entire life in jail and lifting weights in the yard or are serving really short terms and have gotten jacked outside of jail. It's really a small percentage of inmates that are jacked.
#2 - Supplements are commonly bought by inmates who work out. I read on here that a dude who was serving time used to buy PHs with the money he earned in jail because his guards thought they were just loads of crap. Of course, steroids are extremely common in jails. Steroids cannot only be injected in the butt, but they can be carried through the jail system in the butts of inmates

Well when you think about it theres not much to do in jail so that is one common option is to get built and have the motivation to do SOMETHING, plus they are on lockdown so they pretty much have perfect sleeping habbits of course there is **** people get in there like others said but there was a show on the other day talking about the fitness aspect of prison and they basically make their own routines and some that dont have any equipment lift water jugs and do pullups on the shower curtains haha and it even showed one guy who did deadlifts using his bunk bed haha

i remember a guy talking about the food they get in there being like home made and not having preservatives/addititives i dont know where im going with this but if your only burning calories through working out and building muscle from food and rest the rest of the day im sure it is a great muscle developement setting.

A lot of prisoners smuggle in steroids or other enhancement drugs. Also, you have to realize how many people are in prison and how many prisoners look jacked. It's just like the regular population.
