I would try some whole wheat/salt free crackers. Probably not the most nutritious but at least it would be something in your belly. Or you can try sugar free Jello. Hope you feel better soon!

    Sorry you?re feeling ill...

My mum always used to give us dry toast and apple and black tea or coke to drink when we had upset stomachs. The toast and apple seemed to not upset the stomach further and the tea/coke helped get some liquids in and caffeine to make us feel better. And she said that the coke was supposed to ?flush out?our systems (I can believe that with all the acids in coke LOL ).

As an adult I have used my mum?s advice and it does seem to work, so I tend to opt for that when I have an upset stomach.

Hope that you?re feeling better by the time you read this post!

when throwing up...I guess anything you can keep down. warm gingerale with crackers always works for me....and only like a couple crackers at a time with a few sips here and there.
I do not sugar coat things, but you got in the condition you're in by "sugar coating."
