    i have to walk around 2-2.5 hours a day

    Will this make it harder to put on weight? does walkin burn a huge amount of cals?

    Yes, it burns more calories than sitting down, but it shouldn't affect your ability to pack on muscle unless you're walking a fast pace during those 2 hours. If you're just walking about doing things, you'll probably be drained and tired, that's all.

    Here, i found this calculator http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php. I put in my weight and the activity was walking-to work or class for 2.5 hrs and it says i would burn 935 calories. More than i expected it to be.
