I'm 105kg (16.5 stone 231 lb).
I go to more of a fitness gym (nothing else in my area) so I don't get any feedback from anyone. I'm just wandering if my bench press is decent for someone my weight. I train on my own so I have to lift the bar off myself and I can't really push myself because I don't have a spot.
Normally pyramid up to 160kg (352.7 lb) for 2 reps.
1st 12 x 140kg
2nd 7 x 150kg
3rd 2 x 160kg
4th 10 x 140kg
Is 160kg for 2 reps a decent weight to press?

Sounds very respectable to be honest.
In fact I am often surprised how strong people here are. I weigh 200 pounds and I can just about do 40kg dumbbell presses for 5 reps. I would guess my bench would be around 90-100kg (220 pounds) at the very most.Donkeyno9: Don't think you're the only one here who suffers from addiction, depression and failure.
