Time To Start Bulking For Winter
okay ive been working out for about 2 years and i wanna bulk and try to gain some crazy size. i have no idea how to start a bulking diet or workout plan. if you have any ideas or sample workouts or diets please post them!!!! advice is much needed. thanx

did some research and found a diet.. leave advice on wat you think about it..
MEAL 1-- 8egg whites, 1 bowl of oatmeal, 2 pieces of fruit, protein shake
MEAL 2-- sandwich on wheat bread, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1banana
MEAL 3-- 10oz chicken breast, salad
MEAL 4-- chicken sandwich on wheat bread, 2 ground beef patties,
MEAL 5-- steak, baked potatoe, salad
BFORE BED-- protein shake
