Creatine Esther and Carnitine

Can I take:

1. Creatine Esther

2. L-Glutamine

3. L-Carnitine with green tea extract

3. and CLA

AS A STAK?

My goal is to loose my gut while preserve muscle. If I can, are there prescribed times?

I researched that creatine is taken 30 mins after workout. Or before and after.

Glutamine AM and PM

L-carntine an hour before meals

and CLA with meals.

Are these correct? Very grateful for responses.

Leaving the benefits of these choices aside...

Missing here is amount of each you will be planning on taking. Please supply this.

Glutamine is probably better placed surrounding training. But you can consume it upon waking and before bed as well if you choose.

GTE is best consumed on an empty stomach while Carnitine has better uptake in the presense of elevated insulin (with carbs before and/or after exercise) . I've also seen some literature regarding the benefits of taking GTE before exercise. So that may be a better placement of that.

I'm taking 750mg CLA 3x a day

250mg carnitine with 250mg green tea 3 x a day

creatine 2.5 grams after workout

glutamine 2 grams am and pm

my weight now is 155 lbs i'm 5'9"

Sub-optimal dose on the LCAR. What it should be will depend in part upon th EGCG content on the GTE included - need that. But each dose will be anyway between 1-3 grams LCAR.

Sub-optimal dose on the Glutamine. 5-10 grams each dose.

As for CLA, the optimal dosing is all over but 1-2 grams per dose will be the very low end. But I'll add this for consideration as well.
