Sub-optimal dose on the LCAR. What it should be will depend in part upon th EGCG content on the GTE included - need that. But each dose will be anyway between 1-3 grams LCAR.
Sub-optimal dose on the Glutamine. 5-10 grams each dose.
As for CLA, the optimal dosing is all over but 1-2 grams per dose will be the very low end. But I'll add this for consideration as well.
