How easy is eating clean for you?
Basically, question is in the title.
I wanted to know how easy you all find it to eat clean (if you do that is).
For me, some days its a breeze, but on days like today, I need something to satisfy me.
Normally I end up choosing gum or some form of diet drink, but I know that they can sometimes make cravings worse (well, I have yet to find that).
Best healthy thing for me that satisfys me is natural peanut butter though.
Do you find it easy to eat clean?
Or is it even required for you to eat clean?
What I've always wondered is when you get to that 9-10% or less BF and pretty ripped muscles can you eat whatever you want and just keep up the routine (within reason of course) or is it always a matter of eating clean most of the time?

really easy for me, its hard when you start off from having a poor diet, but you develop a taste for clean food
although, i will always have a weakness for pizza

hahah... post up a progress pic and lets see where you're at compared to thoes who eat clean lol...
Anyways... to answer the OP's question... I feel like eating clean is easier now that I've been doing it for a long time, then before... I don't have as many cravings, and do a better job of turing things down... but when i do decide to "cheat"
I'll eat a hamburger or something right after a workout... so that way I'll settle my craving, and then at the same time I'll get a little nutrition out of it...

Not bad. Sometimes I forget to pack a sandwich and have taco bell for lunch or something, but that's it

Check out my progress pics...
I have never in my life decided to "eat clean," I eat whatever I want whenever I want.
While writing this I am eating a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs from Chef BOY with a bbq sauce hamburger mmmmmmmmm
If you're body is a temple why are you prohibiting it from eating foods that will satisfy it?

lol mate dont worry about "cheat meals" at your weight.
i'm eating cheat meals like once every 2 days, gaining weight without hardly any fat.
just worry about eating junk when your cutting at least above 180.

it affects your cholesterol, liver, etc

eating clean? im new to this, so i guess it means eating healthy..
it's pretty easy... drink wise i've been able to only want water. soda's and juices don't appeal to me anymore. the only enemy i have are those bloody cookies, peanut butter, and cape cod potatoe chips.. even though their 40% fat free they taste so good and it's rather easy to down half the bag in one day.. lol

It's real easy for me, I even like it.
Though, 2 slices of pizza a month wouldn't hurt :P

I think it's easy as long as my dad doesn't bring home a whole bunch of **** from the store...which happens more and more now that my sister is living with us now, and she's young, thus has a great metabolism...

not easy for me to eat clean ... prob just cuz i havent built up any discipline for it yet .... also have super mega fast metabo so ya ..
I eat pretty much whatever I want ... instance today ... ive had ...
4 whole eggs omelette with 2 slices cheese w/ rice cracker ...
leftover milk with wheat crackers and leftover chicken ...
subway sandwich oven roasted chicken breast ....
and about to eat some peanut butter w/ chicken sandwich ....
later i prob workout then have protein shake then later sauteed hamburger w/ veges + rice
really not much of an idea what it all totals up to but im gaining about a pound a week for the last 6 weeks ....

I'm fairly certain it does. Eating dirty premotes WAY more sodium, also the carbs are more than likely **** and not complex.

Eating clean isn't too difficult for me. I'll eat the ocassional fast food every once in a while but not very often at all. All in moderation.
You get used to it after a while. i see family and friends eat junk food and it doesnt bother me or make me feel like joining them anymore really.
