I am curious as to how to find a trainer. I live in Minnesota and I am wondering if anyone can give advice and send me to a trainer that can help me to compete in my first figure competition. Thanks!!!!!

Are you talking about a personal trainer to guide you through exercises in the gym or a nutritionist?

Most gym have personal trainers there for hire.
