Diesel Subaru

I know the answer for us her in the US, but does anyone from Europe/Japan have one yet? If so what do you think. I know there is nothing new on the outside to get excited about, but I still want one.

Head to where you get snow every year. You'll see a bunch of people in scooby doos. Actually snow is easy around here it's all the people that don't know how to drive in it that make it a nightmare for those that do. I love my 02 Dodge too. I have 145k on my Outback and it's still going strong. That's why I want to stick with the scooby. I'm really hoping to find someone that has the diesel to see what kind of mpg they are getting. If it's getting around 50 like the VW then I'll be all over it. Getting 27 from the outback. 50 would be much better for my 150 mile commute.

I took one for a test drive and I was quite impressed. I have a Golf TDI that's been HEAVILY modified and it was peppy, but not like my Golf.

The down side to the newer diesels is the low amount of biodiesel they'll allow you to run. I'd still run it on B80 though and if there was a warranty issue, pump the tank down and take it in.
