    how do i get more shoulder definition?

    my shoulders from side dont look defined, its almost flat. how do i get definition on my shoulders? my bodyfat% is about 8-9.

    i want more definition like this-

    IMHO, working for definition and "toning" is bull****. It's all about muscle mass and low body fat. Bring more mass, lose more fat.

    i just want to see the muscle seperation from the shoulders to the upper arms like in the picture, i want to see the line.

    and yeah i hate the word "tone".

    "Definition" = low body fat + lean muscle mass.

    Are you sure you're BF is as low as 8-9%? Have you had it checked? Because that's fairly low.

    If it is that low, then your shoulders probably aren't very big. Work a mass gaining program for your delts.

    IMO bulk. As you gain muscle and keep body fat % relatively the same you will see muscles like you want. good luck.

    You just need some mass then man. The lateral and posterior (rear) delts are difficult for many people to develop. Give them special attention and time.

    Toning is normally defined as the people who do really light weight for 15+ reps.

    It's around 9-10. Your BF% is not the problem, you need more overall mass in order to see that definition in the pic that you posted.

    In your case, with the low bodyfat, you just need to get a bit of mass on the shoulders. Do heavy overhead presses as the overall mass builder (dumbbell or barbell, whichever you prefer) and do dumbbell side raises for reps in 6-10 range with good form and slow speed. I'd recommend adding in some face pulls for rear delt definition too, to add some balance for when you start getting some decent shoulders.
