So I found this workout that you only need to do 3 workouts in 12 days and it says it will add 1 inch to your arms, it looks decent so has anybody tried it?
It consists of seated curls, close grip bench, underhand wrist curls, and behind the back wrist curls- 1 x 8 then increase weight by 10% and max out for each exercise.

it says add up to. Maybe someone on aas did this program and came close to an inch, but not with just 3 workouts. And it says you need to stop strength training for 2 weeks. So while you may get bigger arms you are slacking on the rest of your body. I'm not saying its a bad workout plan for someone who needs to bring up their arms, but i would not try this.
