Dave Palumbo's Diet For Cutting - HOW TO SUITE ME???
I want to alternate Dave Palumbo's Diet For Cutting to suite my lifestyle, what time should my meals be eaten? to benefit from this program and loose BF? Should i be exercising in the morning on an empty stomach and then eat my first meal? He states to eat 40grams of carbohydrates PRE Weight workout, but should i eat this with my meal, which im assuming is meal #4 or should i just consume 40grams of carbohydrates and eat my #4 PWO to consume the nutrients such as protein since im not going to be taking a protein shake? Could someone please help me out, and sorry for such long and demanding questions. Im guessing i cant add any extra meals? Could someone just set the program right for me?
I fall into the 200lb category:
For a 200lb man:
MEAL #1
5 whole eggs (make sure to buy OMEGA-3 EGGS from the supermarket. They contain virtually NO saturated fat and tons of good OMEGA-3 fats); add another 4 egg whites to this (they don?t need to be the Omega-3 ones; you can use liquid egg whites)
MEAL #2
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)
MEAL #3
"Lean Protein Meal": 8oz chicken with 1/2-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)
MEAL #4
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added)
MEAL #5
"Fatty Protein Meal": 8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar
MEAL #6
SHAKE: 50g Whey with 1 ? tablespoon all natural peanut butter or 4 whole (Omega-3) eggs and 4 extra whites
Weight = 180lbs
BF% = 25%
Height = 179cm
Wake up - 8am
Go to sleep - 11pm
Workout:
1.Weights 4pm
2.Cardio 8am for 1hr LISS, 5pm for 1hr LISS
Could someone fill me in on when to eat all these meals, considering the times im exercising and how to benefit most from this program.
THANKYOU!!!!!!!

To benefit from this program and loose BF? You will benefit if you follow it to the T
Should i be exercising in the morning on an empty stomach and then eat my first meal? By exercising, you meant cardio? If so, you can eat after you are done with LISS
You will get about 40g of indirect carb prior to your workout.
Could someone please help me out, and sorry for such long and demanding questions. Im guessing i cant add any extra meals? You can add a extra meal, just make sure it fit your macro. Protein: About 1- 1 1/2 gram per pound, fat (about 1/2 g per lb)
Could someone just set the program right for me? Just did

180-25%= 135 LBM. Use 135lbs for your calculations

He did not specify say to add 40g to a meal. All carbs are indirect, meaning you are not trying to eat food mainly for the carb.
