    X-Factor, Activate Extreme and Stoked log!

    Hey guyz, i'm a first time logger so bear with me if i do anything wrong, anyway just thought i'd use this thread as a ways of recording the results i will get and a way of letting other people who may be interested see what results i will get.

    Just getting back into training seriously and eating properly, at the start of the year i was close year 170lbs and then i went through a period where i didn't take my diet or training seriously now i'm down to 145lbs....so i thought i'd get my **** together and put on some size!

    A little about my goals

    Currently i'm on a clean bulk and hoping to put on about 7-10lbs of muscle in about 8-9 weeks and also increase my strength while i get there!

    ================================================== ==
    Current Stats

    weight 145lbs

    arms 13 inches

    legs 20 inches

    chest 36 inches

    wiast 31 inches

    ================================================== ===

    This is how i will be taking the supps, i will start stoked+activate X 10 days into x-factor.

    X-Factor, 4caps/day, day 1-10

    X-Factor, 4caps/day, Activate Extreme 4caps/day, Stoked, 4caps/day, day 11-40

    X-Factor, 4caps/day, day 41-50

    Other supplements

    Green Mag + White Flood + ON Whey

    Gonna start tomorrow, wish me luck guyz!

    Nice log so far mate.

    I'm going to start this stack in the next few weeks.
    I only eat food in bar form. When you concentrate food, you unleash its awesome power, I'm told. That's why I'm compressing 5 pounds of spaghetti into one handy mouth-sized bar...

    Hospital please.

    Great NHA stack. Similar to the T-BOL/Max-Out stack I'm planning.

    Workout

    Iso-lateral press 2x10 44lbs, 2x6 88lbs
    DB Shoulder press, 4x6 77lbs
    Side laterals, 4x6 55lbs

    Subbed. Really like the sounds of this stack. Considering it myself.

    Day 11

    Okay started taking act X + stoked today, was very excited but unfortunatly i had a horrible day today, had the worst headache all day long because i didn't get proper rest the day before. Somehow i managed to get my workout in without my head exploding, wasn't as productive as i would've liked it to be though.

    Workout - Chest

    Incline DB bench 1x10 55lbs, 4x6 100lbs
    Flat bench (smith machine) 3x8 130lbs
    Dips 4x6
    DB incline bench flys 2x15 44lbs
    Cable flys 2x15 33lbs

    I experienced that twice while on this stack, I found that increasing water intake helped out a lot.
