Hey guyz, i'm a first time logger so bear with me if i do anything wrong, anyway just thought i'd use this thread as a ways of recording the results i will get and a way of letting other people who may be interested see what results i will get.
Just getting back into training seriously and eating properly, at the start of the year i was close year 170lbs and then i went through a period where i didn't take my diet or training seriously now i'm down to 145lbs....so i thought i'd get my **** together and put on some size!
A little about my goals
Currently i'm on a clean bulk and hoping to put on about 7-10lbs of muscle in about 8-9 weeks and also increase my strength while i get there!

Feeling great, the GM+WF is working really well...i feel a massive pump when im in the gym and it gives me so much extra energy and motivation!
Unfortuneatly i can't train my chest the way i want to due to my tricep/elbow injury so i have to lift alot lighter then i would like to, i'm really trying to bring my chest up and hopefully i will have a bigger and fuller chest at the end of this cycle.

Subbed. Really like the sounds of this stack. Considering it myself.
