    My knees hurting from SQUATS

    Damn dude, i switched up to heavy parallel squats and my knees are starting to feel pressure on them. when even i go parallel theres a feeling in my knees that doesnt seem too good. i went through with them none the less and now im kinda scared tomove around in my knees because they hurt. should i get it checked out?

    Edit: they dont hurt very badly but theres this feeling in them.

    Take a week off and then try them again. You hear this time and time again, but there's no need for you to hurt yourself more. About a year ago my lower back was hurting and I pushed through my squats thinking that it would go away and it just got worse. My squats never went up and now I'm leg pressing. I need to get it checked out but I never get around to it.

    my legs were hurting from atg squats. swithced to parallel, and they stopped hurting

    this worked for me

    dude, when you go to squat point out toes like a duck and seperate your legs a little more normal squat. It will put more strain on your groin muscle so be more carefull and make sure you can handle the wieght. peace out
