I would say 235..but go for the 240 haha no shame if you dont get it

allright I've goten stronger sense i made this post going up 5+lbs a week latly
heres the vid cell phone so bad quality. I knew I could get it just wanted to see what it felt like. Not going to max till the 30th hopeing to get 250 by then

By my calculations, 220 X 3 will give you a PR of 235.4...
You should be able to hit 235 and possibly 240.

of will ya thats when i made this post i can do 225x3 now. Thats why I wanted you to look at the video of 230x1 (its in the middle up a few posts) cause I did it pred easy . I'm pred sure of 240 right now . But trying to get 250 by the end of the this month.
