I am currently on a four day split, but whenever I do chest and triceps I get real sore for about 3 to 4 days. The soreness is affecting my current program. Looking for a new split solution.

T Legs
T Chest/Triceps
F Back/biceps

yeah what does your chest/triceps routine look like ? This is what I'm currently doing for chest-triceps with a 1min rest.
barbell bench press 3x12
flat flyesm3x12
incline bench press3x12
incline flyes 2x12
skull crushers 3x12
dumbbell pullover 3x12
triceps kick backs 3x12
I get sore for a few days, but all is great Since I hit it pretty hard I give them about 8 days rest then do it all over again. I currently use an Every other day training program
