    Hiit Every Day?

    Is it safe to do 25 minutes of HIIT cardio everyday? (3 minutes jog, 1 minute sprint, normally) I never used to do cardio more than 3 days a week, but doing it everyday has lowered my bf alot and made me feel better, but is it safe to do it that much?

    Its safe and very good. You may feel sick/weak first few days but you get used to it.

    If you're not lifting it would be fine. Your body WILL adapt to almost anything but I guarantee that if it's true HIIT your lifting will compromised at first.

    Low/Moderate Intensity cardio in combination with HIIT is what I usually have my clients do.
