monday: chest/legs
tues: bis/tris
wed: back/forearms
thurs: shoulders/legs
friday: rest
repeat

well i try and keep every workout an hour long and back prtty much takes up that whole time

not really for back i hit every spot with about 21 or more sets total
then tris take me atleast 20-30 min

chest can get done in 30 mins and is y i have 2 legs days a week..
