I lost a couple of cup sizes!! I went from a 38DD to a 38C. Not a lot, but a big deal to me! It was nice to buy a new bra, and not have to by a granny one! Now if i can get my middle to do that........

I feel your pain. Having a large cup size can be a real problem to be rid of. I started really dieting hard at the end of February, really low carb intake and small meals through the day. A poster then pointed out to me that some of the foods i was eating, like yogurts and fruits, while good for you, were also high in sugars which can slow down the weight loss. So i cut my sugars way down also. i think the best exercise i found for the female chest i found here on another posters thread.

There is a whole series for women, and i have been using them, i think they work very well. I like the incline bench better than the ball, i always fall off the ball.....

Thanks a bunch for the info.. I really love the yogurts and stuff too so I will lay off them as well, I did actually notice that they were higher in sugar than I wanted but thought that since it was yogurt it was what i needed..
I'll take a look at the video and see what I can do..
By the way are you an active Police Officer? My dad just retired from the Police Department in my home town, I think it just about killed him to have to leave that job.. he loved it and still does.. (heart surgery is the reason he had to retire earlier than he wanted). Be Safe!!

Yes it is the same! My waist measurement is my sentinel for fat loss. I just have to throw out those days when I'm bloated for one of many reasons. But it's nice when the bloated days measure less than they did months ago

Yeah, i am an active police officer. I can understand his reluctance to give it up. there is no other job like it in the world!

Congrats on the downsizing! As for the other, make sure you're using a good moisturizer and drinking plenty of water.

Oh yeah, i am up to drinking about 3 quarts of water a day, trying for a gallon. I use lotion like a madwoman! Lol!

Speaking of moisturizers...i use Aveeno 24hr moisture, and i also use oil of olay in shower lotion. Does anyone have a recommendation for a better one?? One that isn't oily or greasy feeling?



I don't want to loose a whole lot more breast size. I would be happy back in my 36C size, it is really what i am shooting for.
