My weekend went pretty good. I can honestly say that I did absolutely, positively nothing Saturday but sit on my butt and watch college football. The same also goes for Sunday (except Pro). However, Sunday I did get initiated into the fraternity I am joining. Nothing physical about this weekend whatsoever though.

(Today is Monday and I have a video made but my Windows Movie Maker which allows it to be uploaded on youtube is acting up. I'll try getting the video up tommorow!)

Hey guys. Very fun weekend. I didn't workout Friday because I ended up missing a class on Thursday and I attended a similar class on Friday to catch up. After that, I had obligations with the Frat and never got around to working out. The weekend was actually fun, and pretty active. I was in a parade and danced 70's style for a nice 5 mile stretch (for the frat). I also did bitch-work (cleaned the whole frat with my pledge brothers).

Once again, I didn't get to work out on Friday. I could have, but I was a "sober driver" for the frat on Thursday night and I just had to drive around drunk brothers and sorority girls from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. and by time I woke up at 3 the next afternoon, I figured I'd just keep it a relaxed day and watch some college football. I did some physical activity this week however. There was a big 3 on 3 basketball tournament at the frat on Sunday, in which I played multiple games and had a nice cardio workout. My knees felt fine during that whole basketball session (my right knee usually bothers me).

This weekend was actually a rough one! Michigan State was ranked and had a huge game against Ohio State, but we got murdered. I just hung out at the frat and had a relaxed weekend. I went home Sunday and ate at my Grandma's with the family. Nothing very physical for me went on this weekend at all.

Okay so I noticed that I was out of Flex today (well I already have another one bought and combined both in one big container, but I counted what was left in the jar after todays workout and there was only 44 left so obviously I messed up somewhere in this journal). I found out that it was last week, I never did my video's for Thursday and Friday's workouts. Please recognize this and accept my apology for messing that up. It is too late to go back and edit it.

Sorry this took me so long. I made one big video and youtube doesn't take it if its over 10 minutes, so I had to make 5 under-10-minute videos.
