What would be a good fat burner/other supps for a mobbing soldier?

I'll be leaving for mobilization with the Army for a few months before starting a deployment. I want to focus on dropping some of my extra "Guard weight" while I'm there. I was just wondering what would be the best things to go with.

i would suggest that you stick with your basic proteins, multivitamins, fish oil. i'm not sure what kind of restrictions they have concerning supplements. getting that weight down is more about diet than anything though.

I am in the military on a deployment. During the mob phase there is not much time to get into the gym or if your mob station has a gym. I would wait until you get boots on ground to start taking the supplements. until then I would concentrate on getting your form down and easing your way into it. Then when you get there hit it full force. I like Lipo 6 myself.

I've been doing lifting at home and saw gains. I figured since I'll be stuck mobbing and not have much gym time I'd just focus on getting rid of the extra fat I have. Maybe I'll just go with a fat burner while I'm there.
