    Thumbs up Ratherbelifting gets down with MuscleTech naNO Vapor




    I will reviewing the fruit punch flavor naNO Vapor by MuscleTech. I hope to be able to do a very complete and honest log for everybody here as I know there are many people interested in this product.

    My workouts will look like this for the following month.


    Monday - Shoulders and Triceps
    Tuesday - Back
    Wednesday - Rest Day
    Thursday - Chest and Biceps
    Friday - Legs



    I got in late last night from a week long deployment with the WV Air National Guard, and was only running on about 4 hours of sleep when I hit the gym this morning. It is about a 10 minute drive to the gym for me so before I left I filled my shaker with 2 scoops(1-3 scoops can be used) of Vapor and about 7oz of water. Taste was not all that great but it was not all that bad either, nothing you would not be able to stand but I don't think you would be drinking it for the taste.


    I hit the gym tired as hell and tried my best to get in a back workout after being off for a week and not having any sleep. I was really hoping the Vapor would get me going but it seems that I was just to tired for it to have much of an effect. As for the pump, nothing great to report but honestly nothing really ever gets my back pumped. I can not pass judgment today on my workout or the Vapor because I was just to damn tired, I should not have even went to the gym.



    Thursday will be the day when I really get to put this stuff to the test and see what it is made of. I will be going with 3 scoops and will be well rested. If you are looking into this product be sure to check back and see how it went.

    I joined a new gym today and was damn excited to get in there and hit my chest and biceps. Had a nice little meal about 1 1/2 before going to the gym, and took 3 scoops of naNO Vapor before heading out the door. My gym is about a 10 minute drive so according to the label the vapor should have time to kick in.

    I get to the gym and feel like a million bucks, energy is starting to go through the roof and im tearing up the place, super setting between chest and biceps. about 15 minutes into the workout i start to fell really nauseous, so I start drinking a lot of water to try and combat the feeling. I keep working out and start getting really hot and start poring the sweat, yet still not getting any real good pumps. At about 45 minutes into the work out I just dont feel that I can hold off puking if I continue to work out, so felling like crap I leave the gym. I never do puke but it takes a good 2 hours before the puke feeling to subside.

    to recap: energy was very high, I was very hot, and pumps were decent though not great.


    Tomorrow I will be going back down to 2 scoops and see how that goes. I have a feeling that 3 scoops was just to much for me. It is odd though because I am a heavy coffee drinker and am very tolerant to stims.

    Well I did not get to my leg work out until Saturday, buts that ok. This time I take only 2 scoops of vapor before heading off to the gym with my fingers crossed that it did not make me sick again.


    I hit the gym and have a pretty good leg day, lifts were good, energy was good, focus was very good, and pumps were so so.

    I did still fell just a tad nauseous but nothing serious. Over all I enjoyed to Vapor Saturday.

    monday, my favorite day of the week, I just love working my triceps.

    bout 10 minutes before heading off to the gym today I put down 2 scoops of vapor and away I went.

    This was a great day in the gym, the vapor really came on for me today. I had energy out the yingyang and pumps were so good they hurt. Mellencamp had it right when he said "it hurts so good" haha. I also got very hot again today, this stuff seems to really make my temperature go through the roof.


    overall I was very happy with vapor today, and I am actually excited to take it again tomorrow.

    Sorry about no updates last week, but somethigns happened that prevented me from getting into the gym.


    Monday, woke up had me a 3 eggs over easy piece of sausage some bacon, 2 pieces of toast and a large glass of milk (I love breakfast). One hour later I sent 2 scoops of Vapor down the hatch and headed for the gym.

    something had me feeling damn good today, was it just getting back into the gym of the vapor, who knows but i was loving today. I had great energy and sweet pumps. One thing that is really starting to stand out to me about vapor is how much it make my veins pop out. I have tried a lot of other pre-workout sups but this sup gives me the best vascularity of any.

    So far I am pretty happy with vapor, but I still have not used it enough to make a final judgement call on it.

    2 scoops again and it made for just an all around great back workout. Vapor is really starting to surprise me.

    Thursday-


    I hit chest and biceps today on 2 scoops of vapor. Great workout with sweet energy. Pump was so good today it made my arms hurt. I actually think the pump was to good and to big if that make since.

    I really come into this log expecting not to like Vapor but it has really changed my mind here lately. Vapor is getting near the top of my pre workout supplements favorites, it is defently in the hunt thats for sure.


    one more note, I have yet to experience a mid workout crash like I hear some people talk about when using vapor, so I don't really know what that is all about.

    sorry that I have not updated this log lately, but I have been sick for sometime and unable to lift.


    Today I finally got back into the gym, though I was still not 100%.

    I once again took 2 scoops of vapor then filled my shaker with some ice water and 1 scoop of intrabolic.


    workout was good though I was still somewhat weak. I had good energy, good pumps and got hot as hell. Vapor really brings the heat for some reason, if you get cold in the gym then this is the product for you. Stay tuned my final review will be coming soon.

    Tuesday was back day for me, and my last 2 scoops of vapor.


    This workout was about the same as the rest in this log, very good, lots and lots of energy, and hot as hell.


    I am going to take my SP250 sample pack today workout chest and triceps and then I will give my final review. I want to workout on SP250 before I give my final review because it has been so long since I had anything but vapor I want something to compare it to, also I know many members on this board love SP250.

    Final Review: naNO Vapor

    taste: 7/10 I have had better but it's not bad

    Pumps: 9/10 These were some damn good pumps

    Vascularity: 9/10 man did this stuff make my veins pop.

    body heat: 10/10 Vapor got me cooking in the gym, it is really the only product that makes me really hot. I could take it then sweat just sitting on the couch.

    cost: this is for you to decide, it can be had for a pretty decent price if you shop around

    overall: 8/10 This is a good pre workout product that is worth a try. I took sp250 yesterday and hit the gym and for me vapor was much better.



    I am not giving this a good review just because this is a sponsored log, I am giving this a good review because it is a very good product that rocked my ass in the gym. Fact is I came into this review not expecting much out of this product and fully expecting to have to give a bad review at the end of my run.
