Let's begin this. I will be using Amphetalean by Beast Nutrition and Stoked by Anabolic Innovations as a stack.

Monday: Chest, heavy Biceps, light tricepsand abs
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Abs and cardio (20-30 mins)
Thursday: Shoulder and heavy triceps

Sunday: Cardio (20-30mins)
I switch my work out often using descending sets, supersets, forced reps, rest-pause sets and progressive overload sets. I try to keep my workouts different that way my body doesn't adopt to the same thing. If I have a lacking body part then I'll hit it in a gym twice a week.

Goals while using Amphetalean/Stoked stack
I am already really lean so I will be using Amphetalean to help me stay lean while I try to gain mass. I am going to stick to a good diet too, to make sure I don't gain unneeded fat.
I am using Stoked to help me increase my testosterone levels while I bulk up.
First day
Amphetalean is very convinient since you only need to take one pill a day in the morning on empty stomach. I just take it before breakfast and don't need to worry about anything else for the rest of the day.
Energy:10 out of 10 Definety had a lot more energy. Felt really awake and alert.
Fat loss: N/A Is not noticeble at this point but hey there is no pill out there that can make you loose fat in one day.
Mental Clarity & Focus:10 out of 10 This one is great! I am going to graduate school so I have a lot of homework and Amphetalean helped me to stay focused while studying.
Workouts:10 out of 10 Today I did legs. I had a lot of energy and had a great workout. Last week I did 335lbs on squat for 4 reps. This week I uped it to 355 for 4 reps. So there was an increase in strength. Also I usually get really tired after doing legs, but today i felt fine and wasn't tired at all.
Stoked
Energy:10 out of 10 I feel more energized and horny as you might want to say. Good feeling after taking only 4 pills
mass gain: N/A Can't notice any mass gain now, this will take some time to show. Excited for the results.
Testosterone:10 out of 10 I have more sexual energy at this point then before. Definetly excited to see what happens next
Strength: 10 out of 10 My squat and hack squat went up as mentioned above. I feel like Stoked contributed to some of it.

Everything is good so far. Energy is up, no complaints. I did cardio today 30 mins with abs. Endurance was good. Wasn't really tried after cardio at all. Loving the energy level

I try to stay as lean as I can be. I usually stick to a good diet when bulking up. Bigger amounts of food, but it's all quality food. I usually try to consume as little of artificial sugars as I can. I get my sugars from fruits.
Day 3.
I look a little leaner. Haven't checked my weight yet, cause we fluctuate in weight from day to day, so I want to space the times I weight myself to get actual numbers. Menatal, physical and sexual energy is up and great.
Another great workout. I did shoulders and triceps today. Wasn't tired at all after workout, great endurance. I increased almost all of my lifts by 1-2 reps, which is pretty good.

Today I look a lot leaner. I had a low card day, but wasn't tired as usuall. I was awake and alert all through the day. I weighted in on friday at 169, so I lost a pound. A pound in 3 days is not bad. The best part about Amphetalean that I like so far is all the energy I get. As far as Stoked goes, it's keeping me nice and horny, but haven't seen any changes in muscle mass or composition. it's only been five days so I am sure I'll see results in a long run.

I look a lot leaner today. Haven't lost much weight, but that wasn't the goal to begin with. I am bulking up and needed something to help me stay lean. Amphetalean is doing a great job, because I am look leaner than before, yet I am not dieting at all!!!!
Endurance is definetly up too. Going through my workouts is a breeze

Yeah totaly. I am should soon get Essentials. I am very excited for that. I'll run a seperate log for that one, since I have a bad elbow and i want to see if all the joint support stuff in essentials will help my elbow. Also I'll replace Animal pack and my current creatine with Essentials, and see how it will live up to the challange
