    SVT-Guy H-Drol log.

    So i'll just be posting about my first H-drol cycle.

    On cycle:
    H-drol 50/50/75/75/75
    Anabolic Innovations cycle support

    PCT:
    Hawthorne and Milk Thistle
    6-Oxo
    Creatine
    Anabolic Innovations Post Cycle support


    I wont give a good breakdown on my workouts but it goes like this:

    Mon: Chest and Abs
    Tuesday: Legs
    Wednesday: Shoulders and back
    Thursday: Off
    Friday: Triceps and Biceps
    Sat/sun: off

    Mind you ill be mixing in playing sports and biking and whatnot with it all.

    Yesterday i started the cycle:

    Weigh in: 204lbs

    Thoughts: First day, not much to say really. Had a good workout, chest was worked really well.

    Today: Havent been to the gym yet. My chest is nice and sore from yesterday.

    I upped my protein intake about 2x what i normally take and im trying to eat all the time. Hopefully i can pack on some good meat.

    Thoughts: Nothing still, still feel the same. I'm a little tired from not getting enough sleep, need to go to bed early today.

    Sides: none really, appetite is up.

    Werd, Im trying to eat as much as possible.

    Another thing to note. I will not take any caffeine as it effects me very easily. So no redbull, no coffee, no white flood or No xplod. Just the PH, the supps, multi's and whey.

    Oh yea, and food. Lots of food.

    Haha yea, a Supercharged 96 Cobra.

    So i just got back from the gym, had a good leg day.

    Thoughts: I dunno if its just from the increase of whey intake but my stomach seems to be upset a decent amount today. I felt good in the morning but after lunch(when i had the whey) my stomach started to hurt. I usually dont take this much so my body might just need to get used to it. I had a pretty decent workout considering i didnt have much sleep.

    Sides: None that i can see or feel.

    You're more than likely just getting upset stomach from the protein(like you said)
    Last year when I upped my protein from about 150g/day to around 200g/day, I was farting constantly for like a week (gf was NOT happy about that!)

    but GL with the log. Hope the Halodrol works out for ya. I'm looking at that for my first methyl PH, although it will probably be quite a while till then

    What kind of SVT do you have? I have an '01 Lightning with a built shortblock and whipple supercharger @ 17psi.

    EDIT: Just saw your post. My brother has a supercharged '96 Cobra as well. Fully built motor and a vortech @ 11psi making 532rwhp....he traps 120+ in the quarter.

    Nice, when the motor goes i wanna build it up and boost the hell out of it with a big 72mm Turbo.

    Day 3:

    So today was day 3, had an ok workout. My left shoulder had some intense pain today, it felt like it was cramping the whole time after i did my shoulder presses, Normally my left shoulder has some joint pain but today was particularily bad.

    Thoughts: Had an ok workout, seemed pretty much the same, stomach pains seem to have settled down a bit.

    Sides: None so far, i seem to be tired more, but i started school again on Monday so...

    Gains: +2 lbs

    Seeing some gains, but it could just be something else.

    Day 5:

    Weight: 207
    Starting weight: 204
    Gains: +3 lbs.

    Had an AWESOME workout today, my cooldowns were really fast, my muscles didnt really feel fatigued after a while. It was awesome.

    Thoughts: I dunno if its kicked in yet but im gaining weight and i can def feel some improvements.

    Sides: None at all, no headaches, nothing.

    Day 6 and 7 were off days.

    Day 8 Started today.

    Had a pretty decent workout, i upped the weight on almost all of my workouts by at least 10 or so pounds. Was interrupted about half way through however because my brothers car was dead in the middle of the road outside the gym and i had to push it.... weeee

    Sides: None so far, Cycle support is nasty as hell and i took that along with some protein before the gym and my stomach was kind of hurting, seems to be ok now (about 2 hours after) Got a bit more acne on my chest and back, but nothing serious, i usually have the minor zit or 2 so its not that bad.

    Thoughts: Seems like the gains are starting to come, i almost feel like i should up my protein intake again to see if i can maximize the gains.

    Gains: 5.5 lbs in a week.

    Good luck. I plan to run Hdrol as my next compound after epistane. It's supposed to have some really good muscle hardening/cutting effects.

    Advice on the cycle support:
    Dude, don't torture yourself. Just throw a scoop under your tongue, drink as much water as your mouth can hold, shake vigorously, and down the hatch.

    subbed; i'll be running h-drol right before spring, so i'll be interested to see how your cycle turns out. what dosages are you running?

    i think i'll run at 50/50/75/75/75. any previous users got any suggestions ont hat?

    i also like your pct plans. i'll likely do the 6-oxo, thistle and hawthorne, but not sure i'm gonna spend all the money on that post cycle stuff. seems like a waste of money to me, especially with something as mild as h-drol.

    its funny, when i ran halodrol i just used a 1 liqui-gel per day regimen on workout days, none on off days, and saw noticeable gains (had several guys at the gym ask me what i was taking as they'd visually seen me get bigger over time). This led to a ~2.5 month cycle, and good gains. i'm anticipating an explosion with this h-drol cycle, as i'll be upping my dosage considerably from last time. I'll have to do a log on my h-drol cycle as well if i have the time and/or motivation.

    also, what are some opinions on a PCT of hawthorne, 6-oxo, thistle, and tribulus? like i said, i'll likely try to avoid paying for all that cycle support and post cycle support bull****, since i;ve had success without that **** in the past.

    Are you talking about Halodrol liquids or like CEL H-Drol. There is a big difference.

    Thoughts: Not much has changed.

    Sides: None at all, Cycle support gives you bad gas though.

    i'm pretty sure they're the same formula. Halodrol is just stronger.

    edit: yep, just looked it up, and the formula is the same, with the halodrol liquicaps being 50mg, as opposed to 25 for h-drol.

    (polydehydrogenated, polyhydroxylated halomethetioallocholane) 50mg

    ^halodrol-50

    (polydehydrogenated, polyhydroxylated halomethetioallocholane) 25mg

    ^h-drol

    2nd edit: oops, realized after i posted that i took the regular, not 50, of halodrol. either way, for a PH, H-Drol is weak enough that i'm not concerned with a real heavy PCT. I'll stick with 6-oxo, thistle and hawthorne.

    no, this is wrong. h-drol liquigels are prohormones.

    cel h-drol, and other halodrol-50 clones are designer steroids. "steroids that have had a change in the chemical compound to make the steroid legal" halodrol is similar to oral turinabal. (sp)

    you said you were using halodrol liquid-gels. the original haladrol-50 were not liquid gels, they were capsules. and the serving size is the same in all h-drol 50 clones, 1-month supply of 50mg of h-drol clone.

    Day 10:

    Anyways.... Had a good workout today, it actually started off really crappy, lethargy and mad shoulder pain while doing shoulder presses (which seems to be a common symptom of mine) but as i kept on going the workouts got better and better. By the end i could have gone another hour or so but i knew i would be over training.

    Thoughts: Pretty insane gains already just on the weight department, ive gained 7 pounds in 2 weeks which is pretty stellar.

    Sides: None.

    Congrats on the weight gain bro, 7 lbs is freakin amazing for 2 weeks. Have you changed anything in your diet that can be partly responsible for your gains or do you think your getting the most of it from the h-drol? Also are your gains lean so far?

    Yea totally lean geans, im really lean as is, still lots of definition, ive always looked cut

    I upped my calorie intake and protein intake as well, we'll see how things go.
