IntrAbolic on an empty stomach
What are your thoughts on having IntrAbolic on an empty stomach?
Now, when I say empty, I don't necessarily mean fasted, first thing in the morning,... but I do work out after having breakfast, about 60-90 minutes later. And I recently started taking IntrAbolic during my workout so I'm curious to know what people have found to work best for them. I have a huge bowl of oats in the morning, and I highly doubt my stomach is empty by the time I start sipping on IntrAbolic, so I'm wondering if I should start working out later, 2+ hours after breakfast to see the full benefits of this supplement. It's pretty pricey, so I'd like to use it in the most beneficial manner.

Lots of people take it on an empty stomach and in a fasted state, either works fine. The scenario you discribed 60-90min and than workout, is perfectly fine with IntrAbolic.
Understand that di-and tripeptides and ffAA's use different gut transporters than carbs, so there's not issue in terms of absorption.
Now, I wouldn't have a full stomach, or a meal with alot of fat or fiber right before I took IntrAbolic, but your oats, followed by your workout 60-90mins later, is perfectly fine.
Which flavor did you pick up?

Thats good news... repped! By the sounds of it, it seems as though it would work perfectly with my anabolic pump, which I have before my morning oats, no? If different transporters are used for the carbs, I would assume AP in combination with intrabolic would be wise pre-w/o. I picked up green apple, wanted to try citrus ice, but when I ordered, they were out of stock.
One more question though, might as well kill 2 birds with one stone . Would it be fine if I mixed intrabolic with a larger amount of water... like a liter +. I tend to drink a lot during my workouts lol

Check out below thread for some answers. Strange about citrus being out stock, where did you try and order it from?
Lastly, that's going to depend on how you like the flavor of IntrAbolic. The apple is stronger and can be mixed with more water than the citrus, BUT IntrAbolic CAN be over diluted, allowing the WPH to come through, which isn't always great. But other than flavor preference with the water you mix it with, not other issues.

In other words, does the insulin-mimicking effect from the AP have any bearing upon how the IntrAbolic is utilized by the body?
I have been using both for over a week, and both are great products. I already feel like I have a sharp edge in the gym (nothing better than showing up to the gym all veiny *thanks Anabolic Pump* and then absolutely tearing the weights off the walls *thanks IntrAbolic*). So obviously, if there is some sort of interplay between the two, nothing negative has occured.

Ah yes, they seem to let their stock get VERY low for some reason. We just shipped some apple there way though. But we are on back order for the citrus. BB.com has citrus in stock and so do all VitaminShoppe's, which sell our products, basically for online prices.

Yeah, alot of them can't keep it in stock We did ship a very LARGE amount of both citrus and apple to them last week. But it seems to take 3-4 weeks AFTER we ship it for it to reach store shelves.
PM me which shops you went to?

Just to help add some to your original post.
Probably 5 out of every 8 days I use IntrAbolic in a "fasted" state, and enjoy it. I have never had any trouble with it at any time day or night.
Sometimes I do late workout after 10pm and love using IntrAbolic since it is stim free.
Also usually when I am using INtrAbolic fasted it is for cardio.

Thanks showtime. Although I don't like to workout fasted, I can definitely see intrabolic being of great benefit for those that do. Glad to know it works well in fasted states
