creatine?

What is the best source of creatine.

I bought some creatine mynohydrate from GNC (cheap) and have been adding it to pom juice pre and post workout at 5 grams a time, is mynohydrate a good source or is there something better?

You really dont even need that much.

Like its been said im just going to do this to verify it and well to back it up, 5 g is indeed enough and C-Mono is more then a good source of creatine, you can.. do a loading phase but its un needed.

Mono is the best form of Creatine in my opinion. It's not cut down with extra. 5g a day is alright if your doin the normal loading time or maintinaing. But if your just starting you can take 20g a day & be completely saturated in about a week instead of 3-4 weeks. Thats what I'm doin starting this week & by next Monday I'll be only taking 5g a day to maintain muscle saturation.
