Looks awesome man!! I cannot wait until I drop around another 20 lbs of fat. I think then I will be looking extremely good.

ya looks like a pretty balanced physique. Maybe work your back more. Your shoulder/chest reigon looks good. Your arms are good too. Good balance. The front double bi is a strong pose for you.
After you cut down and get some abs, then maybe develop your obliques and serratus a little, that front double bi will be insane. But ya, def good.
Side chest pose looks good as well.

Abs is the problem, I am very lean but my ab area is lacking. Some say I need more time cause I used to be overweight ... 280 lbs. If I get abs, I will look shreaded. My arms, shoulders, chest are already very lean. Ya my back needs work but I am very strong in my back. I am trying to do more reps so I can get more size and lean it out more. I need to get down to below 10% bf. Right now I am around 11-12%, I think. I just go by how I look.

If anyone got any suggestions or tips, gimme a shout. I could use some. I am fasting this month so my diet is not consistent. But usually I take around 180-200 g of protein, 120-160g of carbs and 60-70 g of fat. I don't want to lower my carbs much because i want my energy. I was thinking of carb cycling .... maybe that would do the trick?
Also when fasting is over, I am going to go back to cardio on empty stomach and weights around 5pm. That is how i lost weight and I should be able to lose a bit more that way ... interval cardio as well.
