    Lost strength maybe pinched nerve???

I have been having pain in the upper portion of my right trap area, now I feel like I have lost all strength and can not even pull back my hunting bow. Can a pinched nerve cause this? Yes, I am going to the doctor to be looked at tomorrow

I pulled my lat when doing side delt raises.

Next time I went to do incline chest my right side was putting up 1/3 of the weight I normally could. I thought pinched nerve as well, but a chiropractor said no - it was all muscular. A quick adjustment and the strength started coming back immediately. Two months later im 95% back!

    Good luck
