Olympia Expo?
I'm just wondering if I should plan for extra cash to spent at the Expo. Typically do the vendors run show specials? I know alot give samples and stuff. But as far as buying the products, I'm wondering if the show price will still be more $$$ than you can typically find on the internet.
Thoughts?

show prices are usually no better than regular online pricing. unless you have 1-3 specific products in mind that you really want, I wouldn't suggest buying any supps at the expo

Well, since I'm flying, it would be hard to bring much back anyways. Thanks for the input.

Take an empty suitcase with you....believe me, you can fill it up easily.
Or just pack a collapsable rolling duffle bag in your suitcase....

Yup
Sup Chick? LOL
Big Chick is right......just pack a huge gym bag in bottom of suit case to carry everything back in. The prices are competative.....specially on the last day when trying to get rid of stuff to avoid having to pay shipping to send back to where ever!
Hope all comments from peeps help!
GOOD LIFTING & EATING!!!

Bring an extra suitcase.
Chic is right and I wish that I would of brought an extra bag last year. I love the IDS 42gr. shots and the guy was selling them to me for 20 bucks per dozen which is 10 bucks cheaper. I'm bringing an extra 800 bucks to spend this year. They have really cool jackets and apparrel. I difiantly want to get more autographed pics this year. I don't mind paying for them because these guys bust their ass all year long and this is how they make their living. I get what I want and they get paid. I felt like a little kid in the candy store at the expo last year. Awesome expierance!

I totally agree! This was actually something I wanted to buy too. I know they don't get RICH from this, and spend the money right back into the sport.
Its funny how after training for a comp, you have new appreication for how hard their work is.
Thanks guys! And see ya at the Olympia!

I was there last year and i'm going again in two weeks
from what i saw the prices are about the same as online
but you can get tons of free stuff thats why i'm driving this year
i'm going to the expo twice to get twice as much stuff
the expo is even more fun than the contests the only thing bad
is the crowds.

Hey bob my wife and i will be at the expo and the contest in two weeks
driving up from PHX
could either of us please get a quick photo with you?
Remember what jay said at the seminar last year about
standing there shaking hands waiting for the digital cameras to recharge?
i had that experiance with jay once after that i went out
and bought a new CANON A720 IS with adjustable shutter speed
so i shouldn't run into that problem this year.
