I currently WO Mon-Thurs. Off Fri-Sun. due to work.
I currently do
Mon chest/tris
tues legs/shoulders
wed back/bis
Thurs chest/tris again, doing different lifts than Monday. I do aprox 4 excercises per group 12,12,10
Is that enough time between Mon-Thursday to recover or should I
Mon chest
Tues Legs/shoulders
Wed Tris
Thurs back/bis
Doing the same amount of reps but adding a couple more lifts more like
Mon do 6-7 for chest or would that be overtraining?

2 days: Wednesday and Saturday.
If you're progressing, than your routine is sufficient. If not, then rest may be an issue, but don't forget to rule out other things. It's just as easy to undertrain, as to overtrain.Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
