I have heard that I should do cardio after weight training, but there are some days that I want to take the 5:30 spinning class and that is usually the earliest I can get there since I get out of work at 5:00. Then after my spinning class I will do weight training. normally Legs, I know it sounds crazy but not all the time. Anyway, I just wanted to ask and find out if its really bad to do this, I don't do it all the time but I been trying to do more spining because I can get some cardio in and because of the music and the routines changing it keeps me there for the whole 45 min.
Am i really doing more damage than good?
What are your thoughts.

My goals are to lose bf. I do love the weight training because my legs just look and feel tighter than when i only do cardio..but that is another subject...lol
I just had some oats with protein mixed together, and in about an hour and a half I will be in spinining class. Then right after will do legs and then home to eat some chicken with romaine lettuce, tomatoe spinach and some salsa and a little of olive oil. that is usually my last meal, after I work out since by the time I am done with my work out its been about 3-4 hours since my last meal

Most people suggest weight training before cardio so you make sure that you have sufficient strength and energy for an intense workout. Why use your energy storage on doing cardio and then not have the energy level left to complete a decent workout? Also doing cardio after you workout you will have already used some calories (energy) and thus won't have to do as much cardio to get the same effects as if you had done it first.
make sense?
