A friend got some Whey protein and didn't like it. So I now ended up with it. However, it didn't come with a scoop. Does anyone know the size of scoop to use? I have generic measuring scoops, but which one do I use? It says on the jar of protein to use one scoop (30g) per 6 to 8 ounces of water. Thank you very much.

Is this a joke?
Just use 30g - that is what it says on the tub of protein - just use something to measure out 30g i.e 1/3 of a cup and then use that from then on.Vision is purpose, and when your purpose is clear so are your life choices. Thanks for the replies guys. Yeah, I can't find my scale. Just moved and it is packed away somewhere. My friend is actually my wife's friend and they are not talking any longer. I am a father of 3 children and with the starting of school, I just spent much money on school supplies and clothes so I don't have the spare money to buy another tub of protein to get the scoop. I have thought of that.
Thanks again."I just want to look good naked." Lester Burnham (played by Kevin Spacey) American Beauty
