i have a bottle of 5000 mcg biotin pills and im wondering when would be the best time to take 1? i take a multi in the morning so i was thinking maybe post workout

why are you taking biotin? i used to take it for hair loss because for a time i had a really bad diet to get abs with little carbs and my hair started falling, i used to take biotin after breakfast along with a multi and fish oil
