Dosing TTA (SNS)

so i want to finish strong on my cut this fall before i transition over to bulking. I have decided to take TTA, was originally going to use DCP but i cant ship it to canada, so i will be using SNS TTA-500. Looks like it will provide me with plenty of servings in comparison to DCP.
So my question is, whats the best time to take the dosages? Is there any foods/other supps to avoid while using this that can cause complications?

When I took DS Melting Point I was taking upwards of a 4 grams TTA/Flax blend per day. I believe I was around 230lbs at the time and the side effects were pretty heavy. For you, I'd probably start with only about 1 gram per day. Just avoid lipase inhibitors like Green Tea Extract since TTA is a fatty acid. I personally liked it with a meal.

any sides to be aware of? i've heard cramping can be an issue so i gotta really stay hydrated at all times

im only taking 750mgs (im using DCP) i didnt know some people increased it, but at 750mg ed im fine

Cramping, lethargy, stiffness, and it's hard to get out of bed in the morning. I'm speaking from using a higher dose though.

No green tea with TTA ??

Why on earth do some companies the sell TTA products that combine TTA and green tea ? Like the late LipidFX and Omega Sports 3DBurn (which incidentally are the only TTA products that I have access to...)

I'd start with 2 (1g) per day for a week, then move to 3 (1.5g) per day, and only consider 4 (2g) per day if you fail to see the results as fast as you want after a couple weeks at 3 caps.

So far, none of our loggers are reporting cramping, the electrolyte complex we included seems to be working well.

TTA is higher 2-alkylthioacetic acid!
