Or is more about overa which is overall calorie count? I'm in college and have a meal plan which consists of 15 meals a week. These meals are all you can eat so I usually a can of tuna, eggwhites, and pb as my other meal. This means I only have 3-4 meals per day, is this a problem?

Does meal frequency really matter in bulking?
Bench: 175 LBS
Deadlift: 250 LBS
Squat: 170 LBS (ATG)
Military Press: 115 LBS
Barbell Rows: 125 LBS
Curl: 40 LBS dumbell
Dips: Injured
Pullups: 10 reps @ BW
5-10, 170 16% BF
Pain is weakness leaving the body
