Well there is a point where enough is enough haha, but green vegitables are full of soo many good things and the carbs are relativley low since the fiber in them. They keep your body operating as normal.

You psyically wont be able to eat enough vegtables to get fat, eat away! Infact in asian countries calorie counting and going hungry to loose weight is unheard of and they eat plenty of carbs, e.g. rice, the reason is here in the west we make everything so calerie dense, pizza is loaded with fat and simple carbs chocolate is loaded with fat and sugar etc compare that to vegetables rice and some meat and u can see why they eat as much as they pleas eand never get fat. You definitely can eat as many veg as you like and if anyone says different they are ignorant !
