I 'NEVER' eat chips.
But these are pretty good as far as chips go IMO. At least good enough (taste and ingredients, mainly taste) that I'll eat them very occasionally.
Sunflower oil, definitely not the worst oil out there - I've even started eating 'sunbutter'. I can't eat soybean, canola or other highly processed vegetable oils and most chips are cooked in those.
And if I remember the ingredients aren't too bad. high carbs - well yes they are chips, what do you want? But I don't think they have much added sugar - only 2g out of the 19g are sugars.
I don't see much difference between them and something like a PB sandwich personally (more omega6 in the fat, that's about it).
