Just finished a Pheraplex/Promagnon bridge in September...results were great. I started at 235, and gained about 15lbs total whilst on cycle. And I actually continued to gain an additional 15lbs through pct. So, starting weight was 235, and the end weight was 265, gained a total of 30lbs! I'm now weighing about 272. All my lifts are way up...planning on hittn a raw 500 bench in December!

hey guys, i need some help formatting my first cycle, will be running bold 200

what do you think is optimal, 6, 8 weeks ? don't really want to go longer than that, and i got 4 bottles bold, 2 reversitol off BB.com deal

needless to say, here is what i was thinking of doing:

i got 4 bottles, 2 bottles of reversitol. Was thinking of running a 6-8 week cycle.

weeks 1-6/8
bold 200 800 mg / day

weeks 9-12

Reversitol - as directed on bottle ?

or should i do something like 3/2/2/1 ?

i have a bottle of Novadex XT laying around, should i throw that in during PCT as well ? Isn't it just a weaker AI, and pointless in conjunction with Reversitol ?

also, i have read lots of people take Cycle Therapy / Post cycle therapy during the whole cycle / pct. Are these NEEDED? or just highly recommended?

i'd go ahead and take the cycle/post cycle support, just to be on the safe side. not sure exactly how strong bold is as compared with other supps, but it couldnt hurt.

edit: personally i'll be runing reversitol for PCT on an upcoming havoc cycle, and i'm running it at 3/2/2/1.

it apparently is one of the more Mild PH's, not too many sides, but its better to always be safe.

Thanks man, just be sure you do a proper pct....although if your cycle is going to be lasting for more than 3 more weeks, I'd say just stop now.

i was planning to run an OTC PCT on the h-drol as well as the havoc, and already have all the supplies needed for the 4 week havoc cycle. i will purchase all necessary items for a PCT of the h-drol/ havoc stack as well, likely just the havoc PCT items repeated, as havoc is stronger than h-drol so the pct for it should be more than adequate for the stack. again, i;d like to hear opinions and recommendations on this. thanks guys.

no offense brah, but it seems like you should do a bit more research before you go doing a cycle of anything. dont wanna get in over your head with this ****. could be disastrous.

This might be a stupid ? but Im about to start a cycle of Phera but Ive heard people say that it doesnt start to kick in intill about 3 weeks in to it but your only suppose to take it for 3 weeks. Do PH's keep working after you stop taking them?

i have the 60 cap bottle. depends on how long you wanna take them for. mine;s only a few weeks worth, so i got the 60 caps.

ref. teh havoc, i've never taken it before, so i have no idea what kind of results i'll see personally. from what i;ve read on others' reviews and logs though, i expect good things.

3 weeks on phera!?!? I can do 6 weeks at 40mg with no problems or sides at all. I noticed the pheraplex after about the 2nd or 3rd day at 40mg. Generally you can still get the effects from a prohormone, for about one week after you cease use....

Next week it's the Halodrol 50 probably and then the 6-oxo or possibly both.

Theres a few different bottles of the Halodrol 50 on *******************. Are all of these effective bottles???

Anyones thoughts on methyl Dx3? The compound is 2a-17a-dimethyl-matrix-10mg. I kinda wanted to try it low dose as my first cycle, say 10-10-10-20 or something along those lines with reversitol and oxo for pct. Anyones thoughts?

Not in bodybuilding....in about a year, I plan on competing in my first strongman contest. Still trying to work up the strength of my log press, I'm still kinda new at this.

i was advised against stacking 2 methyls in another thread....i was going to stack basically the same thing as you also, havoc and h-drol. my advice is not to stack the two, for reason of hitting REALLY heavy on your liver and other organs.

my advice: do them each individually, dont stack. just a recommendation.

You would be better stacking the Havoc with tren and saving the Halo.

I stacked Havoc and tren (Sus500) and had great gains. Even with only doing half my Sus500 (0 libido = mad Mrs.).

I was wondering about that. Tren is more of a cutting anabolic also if I'm not mistaken? And I kinda wanted to do a bulking and a cutting at the same time. Thanks for the advice, I'll look into that.

That's also another route, with a good milk thistle or liver detoxifyer post cycle. Although I'm not sure if I'd want to be on for 2 months straight...
