Help me with a Bulking Diet

Currently I am 6'0 158lbs and I am planning a bulking diet. I been reading over all the articles on here for a couple of days and need some help on forming a efficient diet. Currently I am looking at this, I'm sure it has its flaws so please correct me

Morning (Breakfast)
2 Cups Oatmeal
4 Egg omlet
Apple/Orange Juice

Mid-Morning
2x Whole grain Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Handful nuts
Protein Bar

Lunch
Chicken Sandwich or Can of Tuna
Salad with Vinegar& Oil Dressing
ON Whey Shake

Post Workout
N-Large II Shake
Cell Mass

Dinner
Steak/Chicken 12oz
Sweet Potato
Brown Rice

Bed Time
N Large II shake

Please look over it and change anything around or add different types of food, I have looked over so many different diets that I'm just confused about what to eat now. Thanks ahead

what are the macros in those meals and total macros for the day?? looks like you are eating too much protein but i cant tell without the amounts and macros. something like 1g pro/lb, 1-3g carbs/lb and approx 20-25% calories coming from fat. that is a good ratio to try to see if it works for your body.

180g of pro per day is plenty when trying to bulk as long as you are eating sufficient carbs and fats. carbs are protein sparing so u can keep protein a little lower if you are eating plenty of carbs.

i like pearled barley, lentils, ezekiel (bread, cereal, tortillas, english muffins), berries (vitamins, antioxidants), apples, steal cut oats, sweet potato... list goes on. as you can see i like lower gi foods. they provide fiber and give you less insulin release. post workout i use sizeon and then have eggs and barley about 45mins later. so i cover the hi gi post workout with the sizeon.
